Seb Michaud is a French free rider, famous for his back flip. He’s one of the most experienced free riders in the world. He’s giving you the chance to go free riding with him in La Clusaz, a French ski resort in the heart of the Alps. Go discover Seb ‘playground’ area for an unforgettable week end.

You are an enthusiastic free rider. You love the power. By March 2013 you will get the chance to participate in a free ride camp with Seb Michaud in La Clusaz.
A group of total 5 free riders will spend 2 days with Seb. Seb will share with you some his experience and tips.
You will spend the nights at a Mongol hut in the mountain in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Sign up, get the most votes and pass the final judgment from the jury. And you are part of the group.
The GORE-TEX® Experience Tour project itself will be held in English. Gore will pay for the travel expenses of the 5 candidates for the duration of the 2 days.

The selection of the final candidates will be made by the Jury comprising Seb Michaud and Gore associates. The motivation will be taken into account as well as the votes.

What should you bring with you?

 

  • You must live in a European Country
  • You will be minimum 18 years of age
  • Have English language skills (the Experience Tour project will be held in English!)
  • Be available to travel for 2 days: March 2013

About Seb Michaud

A skier from the age of 3, Seb Michaud came via freestyle skiing and was a member of the French team for 5 years.
He then moved to free ride skiing and in 1997 joined the Scott and Sun Valley international team. He entered a series of competitions and won his first in Chamonix – the Red Bull Snowthrill – on the Brévent slopes. He is famous for his backflips from rocky ridges.
He lives in La Clusaz, has two children and is one of the 12 riders selected for the Freeride World Tour.
